Remoat Teams is seeking driven and detail-oriented transcriptionists to join our global remote team. You will produce accurate transcripts from legal or finance-related audio and video content, leveraging our state-of-the-art AI transcription platform.

As our transcriptionist in all accounts, you will review AI-generated draft transcripts against original audio/video files to ensure complete accuracy and formatting consistency per our guidelines. Your core responsibilities will include:

Verifying precision of technical, industry-specific, or obscure terminology
Conducting thorough background research as needed to fact-check details
Ensuring adherence to style guidelines through consistent formatting
Carefully proofreading final transcripts prior to sign-off
Providing timely delivery to meet strict deadlines and volume requirements
Continuously upgrading skills as our AI transcription technology rapidly advances

To excel in this role at Inflexion AI Teams, you will demonstrate:

A college degree, transcription certification, or equivalent experience
The capacity to focus diligently for long periods with meticulous attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, including strong grammar and composition skills as well as professional interaction acumen
Comprehensive research aptitude using online resources to verify accuracy of facts
Fluency in English, including mastery of language mechanics, spelling, punctuation and vocabulary
Familiarity with legal or finance terminology, vocabulary and concepts
The ability to comprehend contextual meaning and identify inconsistencies
